Hello!
I'm a 55 year old female, diagnosed type 2 since 2013, my current hba1c is 64, I really want to get tighter glycaemic control but need some help, look forward to chatting with you

Is metformin your only medication?
What do you typically eat in a day? Many of our members have lowered their blood glucose to healthy levels by adjusting their diet.
