My name is Soavar and I have been T2 diabetic for past 10 years initially for first 3 years was able to control the sugar by food but then it gradually sugar going up and my GP keep upping my tablets. Which I was not very happy with as I am only 57 year young. I do not want to depend on taking so many medication. I did not feel the GP has that much knowledge of how to treat diabetic part from prescribing medication and they don't have much time for you. So I took the matter in my hand in May 24 and joined diabetic reversal program and I must share that in 6 weeks, I have managed to reduces by fasting sugar level from 13.5/14 to 8.5 this morning. Also during the day pre lunch sugar level also reducing.
Been educated in many ways, also part from daily 10K to 15K steps I am also doing strength training, Nutric Oxide Dump at least twice a day. On Low carb and high protein diet. Would like to add I am also vegan and in 6 weeks lost 2KG in weight. Also I have put the sensor on and that has helped me see which food is spiking sugar level in my body. Getting so much aware of how food affect our body.
