Hi people

Thought id finally join up and lurk around the forum,
I'm new to here but not new to Type 1 diabetes.. I was diagnosed in 1979 at the age of 18month's old! so don't know any other life without....Maybe that's a good thing... :) I'm 34.

I try to keep myself healthy and exercise regularly..ish and monitor my BG probably too much but say in good control
