Hi I am the parent of a 2 and a half year old princess who has recently been diagnosed with diabetes, a huge shock seen as nobody in our family has it.
Luckily so far she has taken it all in her stride and even attempts to do the glucose test herself

Have joined the site to see if what we can expect and to seek any advice should we need it in the future.

A belated welcome geoff, I know how you are feeling. Have you contacted JDRF, Junvenile diabetes research foundation, they are marvellous ? Best wishes RRB
