<blockquote data-quote="jeenie1940" data-source="post: 30113" data-attributes="member: 10121"><p>Folks, where to start, eh, i have been lurking, in the background for sometime/weeks now, reading the posts, sorry, i haven't posted, just feel, scunnered, is, as good a word as any , feeling, i don't know, quite, inadequate, to contribute, to any topics, i,m finding it extremely difficult to sort my readings out, finding it hard to understand some of the stuff ,i have been reading, thinking, there is too ,too much, to take in, some of you ,seem to be coping so well, it 's not easy, i know, is it,... i see a counsellor now, got some other issues to sort out, and we talk about diabetes, but there is so much, as i have said, to take in, i feel overwhelmed by it all, b t w, the counsellor, as said, she thinks i should be eating carbs, huh, possible, because i have been telling her, i,m worried about losing weight, as i feel i can't afford to lose weight, , i,m one of the skinny type 2 , at dx was 10st 13lb 23-05-08 ,i,m 5ft 7 ins told my bmi is 22 , last week 14-10-08 weighed in at 9st 13lb been low carbing since 27-08-08, as much as i can, i still feel all over the place dont feel like i,m achieving anything, I love my food, and i am eating well, feel well, a bit tired sometimes, but, i am 68yrs old, lol , doing my exercises , re walking, danceing, i am , trying to follow the advice on here, and do appreciate the advice, given on here , as much as i can, i have printed, loads of stuff out, i think the frustrating part, is finding the time, to sort it all out, </p><p>so sorry for moaning ,</p><p>take care, you all,</p></blockquote><p></p>
