I was diagnosed as insulin dependent back 1985, 29 years later I am still alive and kicking In my recent 6 monthly diabetic review it has been suggested that I may benefit by transferring over to an insulin pump, from my insulin pens. This is quite ironic as I tried getting an insulin pump from my local GP surgery over 5 years ago! My GP politely declined my request at the time, so I will now be exploring this avenue with some zest once again. I came across this site after seraching 'insulin pumps' on the internet.
