Control freaks, people who try their OCD on me and ignorant people and ungratefull people
I'm new to the forum and have been on metformin for about 9 months and have never been good at taking it, I keep forgetting
But over the past few months things have started to catch up and I think my Gp may put me on insulin.

Any help is gratefully accepted as I know I'm playing catch to get things under control.

Have you tried setting up alarms on your phone to remind you to take medicine?

There are also pill boxes were you can put the pills you take in the morning, noon, evening of each day already sorted out for a whole week. These help if you have trouble remembering if you have taken a medication or not. Must admit I sometimes have this problem. If I am absentminded when taking pills I can not remember if I took them or not a few minutes later. :-)

If you have a smartphone then there are plenty of apps to help you. I use one called pillboxie which keeps nagging me until I respond. Also use one of those pill sorting boxes as a back up. Even my other half checks that from time to time.
