Hello, I'm Dawn.

31 from North Wales.

Im a single mummy to a 7 year old very active little boy and am usually exhausted :')

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a few months ago and if Im honest have been ignoring it for a few months. Im slowly getting used to it now, although I dont have much information at the moment.

Any info advice would be gratefully received
