Hi everybody,

I've been watching from afar and finally decided to take the plunge. I'm type 1, have been for a while, and would like to make some friends here. I can offer you an open mind, a sceptical instinct and a desire to do some good.
Am I in the right place?

I have recently been diagnosed as type 1 and this is all new to me.

i do not get anything and find it all abit confusing.
