Just wanted to say hello.
I am a 46 year old overweight bloke diagnosed type 2 a couple of weeks ago.#At the moment I am trawling around the internet gathering information and found this site.
Some of you may recognise me from other UK site I have recently joined.
Anyway I look forward to getting to know you all and getting to grips with my diabetes over the coming months and years.
