Help advice needs

Ok so absolute no carbs and suger is the best bet I will try it and see how I go do u reconvened ant carbs at all in a week as I do like me bread rolls I like them with soup

No carbs at all is going to be tough to maintain. You can try if you like but I would suggest trying to reduce carbs as low as possible that you can maintain long term. There are a handful of people on the forum that aim for zero or minimal carbs and swear by it but most cannot maintain it long term. Good luck. Mo

As mo says, zero carbs would be difficult. You need some carbs from veg so that you can go to the loo occasionally.

Test before your bread roll and again two hours later to see how you get on with it.
 
I will reduce it to once a day I was thinking if I have a slice of toast for breakfast I won't have any more for the day and if I have a few small boils potato I will have no bread etc I'm going to cut it considerably I'm going to do my headrest This weight and suger got to get down
