Have to say that if you are not testing there is no way of knowing if it is Bg related......if you want control you cannot rely on GP/Nurse tests. You have to have a meter and use it.
I am on BP meds too and if my BP drops too low I can sometimes feel light headed, getting up from sitting can cause it because sometimes the meds are controlling it too well. Another reason to have a cheap home testing device.
Seriously, I would mention it when you next see your GP.......it really can be down to many things.
Thirst could be down to much but in Diabetes is usually related to high Bg numbers. I don't feel light headed when my Bg was mega high, usually when it is very low.......?? :?
