I am not diabetic my normal blood sugar level is 4.2 - 4.6, a year ago it was 6.4 at its highest then I went on the Cambridge Diet, but my latest is 3.7 my doctor says this is OK. I am still overweight. Can anyone advise me :?:

I would suggest reducing your carb intake especially the starchy carbs like bread, potatoes, pasta and rice and see if that helps you lose some more weight.

It is more my blood sugar level I am concerned with as no-one will say whether this is normal or not. As to my carb intake I am on low fat low carb diet don't eat rice or pasta, potatoes 1 a week, have 2 small slices of bread about 5 times a week and eat oat granola / porridge 6 times a week to help lower my cholesterol without drugs. I live on low fat fish / meat and salad with fruit and have a normal meal 1 a week.
Any advise on the blood sugar :?:
