Help! Country Specific Diabetes Travel Guides!

I went to Thailand last year and printed out an info sheet about coping with diabetes whilst away - it included translations, contact numbers and guides that were country specific.

I could have sworn it was a diabetes uk publication but can't find anything on their website!

Does anyone know where I can find these??
