Help for painful walking.

Hello. I wonder if anybody can help with this problem.(SHOES) I just cant find any comfort anymore. No matter what I wear, after walking short distances my feet are dreadful.I am not exaggerating when I say they feel like I have just walked on hot coals. I dread going shopping or the like and I have spent lots on shoes but nothing helps. I know this neuropathy will never go but just something that helps would be lovely.I take Lyrica and found this helps a lot internally but its the external bit that I need. I have tried the normal inserts etc but I fear they are not designed for us diabetics. Apart from a fairy godmother or a wheelchair It would be nice to find something that is designed by people who have known the pain of this problem.

Try Padders and Fly Flots. they are the only brands that I can wear.( I have awkward feet, but not neuropathy) The Fly flots have an insole that moulds to your foot and Padders have a removable insole, which can give you more room, but is soft and comfortable. Neither brand is high fashion. Fly Flots are mainly mules and sandals. you can get them on-line. Padders have a range of styles and are sold in good shoeshops and department stores. Check the website for stockists near you.
otherwise for very casual wear, the airsole trainers are comfortable. Even I can wear those.
Hope that helps
Hana
