Hi I have been type 2 for 14 years managed only on metformin earlier this year had usual HBA1c and was found to be 80 usual around 48. Had had a very bad virus earlier in the year which alway pushes my sugars up but started testing and consistently 12 the doing regular testing showed up in mid 20's saw GP and he has prescribed Lyxumia been on it for a week and now down to mid teens except on waking then high teens..list 5 kg and was drinking like a fis now not so much.
Anyone have ideas of what to do have to seen the DSN but not until JULY....appointment with GP next week had repeat bloods done yesterday and waiting for the results....
