Help! I have so much weight to lose

Crying lots now, it's still good though.

Um, not sure......27.5lbs I think. I'm not upset about putting on weight though, that's minor compared to the things that are getting me down now.

That's 2 stone. Well done. unless you are a continent, do that a few more times and you will be like twiggy.

I have a similar target hon.
I remain positive as there is no other choice really.
I was 20 stone when this started.
Yeh, I suppose I am positive about the weight loss. The problem is now that I have lost some it's throwing up other issues which were buried deep down before. It would be easier just to put the couple of stones back on again. But I won't. So I will have to just put one foot in front of the other and see what happens next.

Mrs Zand what have I told you about thinking to much. .... come on Mrs you are fab , you give us great advice and care for everyone, give yourself a break , none of us are perfect and most people don't care if we are , they are more concerned about how we treat others and on here you treat every one really kindly.
I have a few friends and a husband who worry and over think things and come up with things that no one even remembers .
Go and do something good for you. You have lost 2 stone , it took me about 18 month to do that. Xx

Oh you must! I love Leyburn! Fond memories of Hawes! My hubbie and I went there when we were a young couple and when we were children we stayed 6 miles apart from each other without knowing each other! If they're younger, you've got the butter tubs nearby too.
