Crying lots now, it's still good though. In which case I suggest counselling for you - this might help you deal with it better or see a solution that you haven;t been able to countenance on your own. Sadly we can only ever change ourselves and learn to find happiness within us rather than relying on/expecting it to come from others.

That's 2 stone. Well done. unless you are a continent, do that a few more times and you will be like twiggy.Um, not sure......27.5lbs I think. I'm not upset about putting on weight though, that's minor compared to the things that are getting me down now.
3 and a bit more times, maybe, not sure yet till I get there. That's 2 stone. Well done. unless you are a continent, do that a few more times and you will be like twiggy.
I have a similar target hon.3 and a bit more times, maybe, not sure yet till I get there.
Yeh, I suppose I am positive about the weight loss. The problem is now that I have lost some it's throwing up other issues which were buried deep down before. It would be easier just to put the couple of stones back on again. But I won't. So I will have to just put one foot in front of the other and see what happens next.I have a similar target hon.
I remain positive as there is no other choice really.
I was 20 stone when this started.
Usually yes, but not always. I have been far from kind to a few people on here.they are more concerned about how we treat others and on here you treat every one really kindly.

Oh you must! I love Leyburn! Fond memories of Hawes! My hubbie and I went there when we were a young couple and when we were children we stayed 6 miles apart from each other without knowing each other! If they're younger, you've got the butter tubs nearby too.we have just come back from tour de France land...Leyburn in north Yorkshire. We have been persuaded to go back next week end and have left the caravan there. We are trying to persuade the boys that it could be a once in a lifetime experience!
I will read back the thread later and respond if necessary
I saw it all you evil cow.I'm glad someone did!
