Nothing is more motivating than the desire to reverse diabetic complications, at least that's been my experience.</p><p></p><p>He teaches a variation of the low carb high fat (LCHF) diet. This diet works very well for most diabetics, type 1 and type 2, likely you too. I recently learned that Thomas E. Levy, M.D. also has a book on this topic - (Death By Calcium (2013) - but I haven't read it yet.
