Thanks again for the kind messages and the welcomes. Only taken the advice from this forum yesterday and already seeing some great results. Until today my blood readings first thing in a morning were between 10.5 and 12, this morning I was 7.0 Because we haven't yet done our weekly shopping I had the same today at work as I had yesterday. That was a fried egg some bacon and sausage, for lunch I had an omelette with cheese, ham, onions and tomatoes. Took my readings when I got home and I was 6.3 I feel totally different already. Seem to have more energy, in a good mood and I no longer feel lethargic Can't believe the difference in such a short period of time Onwards and upwards @JoKalsbeek Thank you for your advice and guidance. No affect on my eyes at the moment. But I am already a spectacle wearer, I have been since a child. So I am not expecting to be affected.
