I do drink the occasional glass of wine and (a little more frequently) a glass or three of whisky. I'm 6' 1" tall and I weighed in at just under 12 stones this morning. I exercise regularly, I exercise a LOT for a man of my age (well, I think I do), I cycle 100 - 150 miles a week, every week, either on the road, a trail or static.
