Yes hats off to her she was great! She was only expecting to do my bloods but when I voiced my concerns re my attempts to reduce working then not working she sat with me and listened, took a history, reassured me that I was doing everything I should be and that it looked like events were possibly being moved out of my control and meds might have to be considered despite my best efforts to avoid and correct through changes and sheer effort! I felt much better after speaking to her and although I really wanted to do this myself it is looking unlikely at the moment. But c'est la vie, if it has to be meds even in the interim I will go down that route to get things under control and continue with lifestyle changes and diet changes to give myself the best possible chance of coming off meds somewhere down the line. If meds don't work she will do me a referral too for further investigation so I can't ask for fairer than that really can I
