I had exactly the same - aches in forearms, hands, wrists, shoulders, like constant toothache. Also twinges in my back, a very sore neck and my ankles, shins and knees ( like you've walked into s tow bar!) Also felt very fed up and generally I'll. Would fall asleep at work, watching a film and had to be careful driving. I was put on strong pain killers as Nurofen didn't touch it and the doctors said it was Neuropathy. After a bit of a melt down at work I went to see the GP who asked if I'd ever been tested for vitamin D deficiency? She said it sounded like bone pain. Anyway I'm now on high concentrate vitamin D for 7 weeks, and after a week.......it's certainly better and I no longer come in from work, use the bath as a floatation tank and sleep. Ask for that? I can now sit and watch a film without rubbing my arms and pressing my wrists [emoji6]
