Help!!! REALLY struggling!

For example, I had PB&J for breakfast with whole wheat bread, low carb hazelnut spread (I know, not peanut but close enough), and low carb strawberry jam. Came to a whole 25g of carbs.</p><p></p><p>But as people have already said, coming here and talking is a great first step. You can do this, little improvements every day until you are back where you want to be.</p></blockquote><p></p>
