Help with cutting and pasting please

Hello, well as you can tell I'm not too clever with computers. In the past I have cut and pasted low carb recipes into My Documents and then printed them to keep in a kitchen folder. Since the forum has changed I don't seem able to do this anymore, can anyone help please, many thanks
 
I just highlight the text,right click the mouse-select copy and then paste onto where I want to put it.:)
 
Paul, many thanks for your reply. Goodness knows what I was doing before but I have just tried what you told me and it worked no problem, so thanks
 
oooooooh paul! i am a complete technophobe but i knew that! you spoilt my one and only chance to ever ever answer a technical question about computers! sheeeeesh :grumpy:
