help with food ?

Nice menu . The only changes I'd make would be to forget the apple and carrot and have the blueberries and cream maybe after dinner.

Do you have a Lidl near you? Their protein rolls are nice buttered and cut in to soldiers to have with boiled eggs - and they are very filling.

low carb usually help with fatique..
ME/CFS isn't fatigue. It's muscle, immune, and nervous system dysfunction, and characterized by a delayed form of exercise intolerance. I rarely feel what I would call "fatigue" - mostly I get weakness, pain, muscle fatigueability, light-headedness from low blood pressure, swollen lymph nodes, etc. Though that can all vary from person to person.

Ironically, my diabetes onset featured far more fatigue than ME/CFS ever has

See but I didn't think that 1 and 1 little chunk of cheese and some cream and fruit was big I didn't have big portions. But yes i am starving when I wake up tummy needs food early. I don't drink coffee don't like it

I don't think that's overly large either. Agree that maybe the fruits should be left until later in the day, but you should eat until satisfied. Every one needs different amounts - I'd never survive until lunch on just a coffee and cream, but others can, so it's about what works for you.
