LOL. I just completed this for interest. It says I need over 3,000 calories a day to maintain my current weight! If I ate that many I would be back where I started 3 years ago!

This is my meals for today can I have some feedback please ...
Breakfast - boiled egg , chunk of cheese , some whipped cream with blueberries and half an apple. Cup tea.
Snack - 1 square 74 % dark chocolate tiny bit peanut butter
Lunch- salmon mayo salad with grated carrot cucumber ice berg lettuce and olive oil and 1/2 small avocado
Dinner will be - lamb burgers with broccoli and butter and some other veg
More dark chocolate later with tea
ME/CFS isn't fatigue. It's muscle, immune, and nervous system dysfunction, and characterized by a delayed form of exercise intolerance. See but I didn't think that 1 and 1 little chunk of cheese and some cream and fruit was big I didn't have big portions. But yes i am starving when I wake up tummy needs food early. I don't drink coffee don't like it
