Help wot do I do

Hi I'm type 1 on insulin, nova rapid and lantus not been feeling well for a few days now being sick, feeling sick, headache, lightheadness hard to breathe, sugars high, ketones in wee , now my sugars are really high 31.9 with blood ketones of 7.4 I've had 42 units of rapid at tea time 5pm then another 15 units about 30 minutes ago but they not coming down drinking loads of water but nothing working hubby's really worried I'm heading the same way I did in 2012 in to a coma again ee haven't got any family to look after the kids and I don't drive any ideas how to get them down more
