hi i have been diabtic for 4 years iam haveing probs with my eye sight at the min its my own fault i have let things slip i need help with diete if any one has any good idias recipes and stuff could u send to my email add [email protected] need to strighten my ways out b4 its to late :evil:

Welcome to the forum ,Syl.Have a good browse around the site,especially the links for diabetes in the diabetic discussion pages.You will find a lot of helpful hints on how to get your blood sugars down on here. Are you type two? Do you test regularly?Are your sugars very high at the moment? (No this is not really the Spanish Inquisition!!).I hope we can help you.
