Need help I am type one diabetic and going on holiday soon the past couple of years I have real trouble with insects bites while abroad, can anyone recommend any cream or sprays that would help over come this problem, thanks

I use jungle formula - linked to London school of tropical medicine. It doesn't seem to contain the really nasty chemicals but I've found it as effective as the DEET based ones in Florida where the mosquitos seem to think I'm a free buffet. I also make sure the whole family takes anti histamines as it stops the bites itching and getting inflamed - my husband attracts ant and spider bites....

Boots and Tesco both sell jungle formula and its in a green container.

Skin so soft by Avon is meant to be good too. Daft I know but I believe the army guys used it to combat bites.
