Hi everyone, hope yiuve enjoyed the lovely weather this weekend!!
Quicm question, my post meal (2hrs) reading was 9.6 very happy with that, lowest Ive had for a few months, just taken my reading before bed as I was curious and its 11.6??? Ive had nothing since dinner apart from a diet coke that I know doesnt affect me so whats going on?? :/ does this happen to anyone else?
