Help!

Basically had my metformin at 12.

Something just turned my stomach and I was sick - like everywhere. No nausea before hand,
Before you guys say it it's nothing to do with the metformin, I was helping cleaning my friends house, saw a badly mouldy cup and it knocked me sick.

So I threw up and none of my lunch was digested really.

Basically the question is - do I take another metformin?

(My doctors closes at 12 on a Wednesday and don't want to ring nhs direct basically.)

it can give gut problems that should settle down, are you on the slow release metformin?
I wouldn't worry about another tablet, just take the next one as directed

Don't worry 1 tablet will have zero effect on your treatment, if anything you should replace the food you lost.
