Hey guys I'm a type 2 diabetic I have always been a big girl all my life. I was a size 32 at one point I'm now a 24 and seemed to of reached a plateau no matter what I do. I eat healthy. I go to the gym 4 times a week. I'm pulling my hair out I don't know what to do anymore. Was tempted to try these fad diets like juice plus or clean 9 but don't want my diabetes to be affected I've finally managed to get it stable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
