I’m a 23 year old female who works for the emergency services and don’t find the time to write down my food intake and insulin outgoings etc.
I use the diary’s from the hospital for a week or so and then I loose it or forget it (The norm!
So I’m just wondering if anyone uses any apps that really helps them with keeping track of most things diabetes related?
Any suggestions would be lovely!
