Helppp, forgot my insulin

Last night I forgot to do my levarmere insulin which is rare for me to not do but now I ok now it's not done my blood sugars any good so tonight do I continue to do the same amount of units I usually do on my levarmere?

Keep Levemir the same tonight, but obviously you can take correction doses of your quick-acting today if needed.

I guess you are on Levemir once per 24 hrs and not twice per 24 hrs? If you forgot and remembered a long time before your next dose, it might be worth taking a half dose. As it's not that long to your next scheduled dose just take the normal Levemir at the normal time, test a bit more often from now until about 24 hrs from now, and use QA insulin (Humalog, Novorapid etc) for any corrections as shown by your testing.
