LOL yes, it is ironic. It shows the power of having hope, 'if I can get fitter and lose weight' and the dispair of hopelessness, 'I don't know what I can do'. Moreover, every person who posts their improved results and weight loss is helping some pilgrim setting out on his or her journey.
