I have Dia 2 with Insulin inyections. I do not have any GP. Was in a clinic with 1 GP; it merged with another were there are 13 GP's. Never had an examination by any. Called to attend to 2 Diabetes Clinics, "with a name" nothing was done, nurses did not even had diet info. Had visited a Consultant in Hospital, made comments and said that a Report was going to be sent to my (then) GP. Nothing was done. My Sugar level is regularly over 12 up to 20's and a few HI. I inyect up to 80 units. WHAT CAN I DO?
 
Hi @Benny Verca, we are not allowed to advise on your insulin doses. Are you registered at a GP’s currently? If not or you’re not happy with the current service you’re receiving, if I was in your position, I would consider registering at a new practice.

As @Rachox said we cannot give medical advice, however, I second her suggestion to register at a different practice. What I have always done with a new practise is to book a long consultation and take some notes with me of the top 3-4 things I want to communicate. I too easily get flustered and find myself leaving without really having said everything I wanted to. You may find it helpful to provide some notes to the doctor so they can put it in the file.
