Well about the walking, it's only a matter of taking it step by step (literally). It did hurt at the beginning, and started walking with a walking stick, but now it's a piece of cake. Anyway!, the doctor also recomemded me to do plenty of exercise, not just for my hip, but for the diabetes too, so there you go everyone...Keep on moving, it's good for you.
