Hi Any Advise would be Much Appreciated

I had to have a Blood/Glucose test today have to wait for results ( friday ) had a sweet taste in my mouth all day after that .. asked about my last blood test . she said 8.9 * after fasting) Still non the wiser as she wasn't very forthcoming
I know that's high .. I was told i was high risk 12yrs ago ... so ate heathly or so I thought kept to a fair weight .. until recent .. Thirst Double vision felt generally ill & visited the loo that often I near moved in the bathroom

Did you see your DSN today? If so, what was the outcome? How are things now?
 
Hi .. My result was 55 ..not sure what she meant .. I have to use diet to control it for now .. It has ranged between 9.6 & 7.7 since diagnosis. I eat little every 2 hrs exercise by walk the dogs ..Our new Dr arrives in Nov so I'll see how it goes til then :D
 
Your'e in the right place if you want advice on diet control. I wish I had found this site years ago instead of living as a badly controlled type2. Many people on this site have worked wonders on their readings, I am sure you can do the same.
