Hi from bonny Scotland

Hi im from bonny Scotland, been type 2 for 10 yrs now very controlled
I walk a min of 3 miles per day
I now have normal bp the first since I was 19 (56) now
I would like to lose a st or 2
I live and work in center of town I have a takeaway which my husband and i have run for 18 yrs. We have 2 Whippets that we take for lovely long walks Peggy and Denni are the best things we have ever bought...... as we now explore corners near and far.
I have 2 kids a boy 28 and a girl 32, we also have 3 super grand children
I work 7am till 2.30 6 days a week
I walk a min of 3 miles per day my Garmin distance watch is my best friend
On my day off (Sun) we meet up with a walking group and walk anything up to 10 miles
hae a good day xx

I'm not from Scotland, but would like to say 'welcome' too.
I do spend a lot of time in Scotland and love being there. Regard it as my second home.
