Hi all I just joined here, hoping to pick some folks brains. I was diagnosed type 2 last year while receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer. For a while I kept my bs under control and then get a bit lazy or maybe greedy. Doc has now given me tablets. I have been to see dietitian but still having difficulty understanding carbohydrates. I am back on the straight and narrow with diet and have already lost 3lb of the 10lbs that I gained in the last year, so something is working. Where can I find out about carbs.
