Hi everyone, i have been looking through the forum for a while now and just got round to posting on it now.
i'm a type 1 diabetic and have been since May 1999. I take NovoRapid quick acting and Lantus each night. my sugar levels are not well controlled and i have been asking about getting a pump for the last year with little success, although i finally have a meeting at the end of the month with the pump board :eh: to discuss the possibility of me bein considered for a pump.
abit more about me is i'm 30 and live in Aberdeen, Scotland with my girlfriend and have a 3 year old Daughter. i'm a total geek who loves gadgets and plays World of Warcraft(we are not like what you think we are lol :lol: ) i also like tattoo's, drinking Rum and motorbikes.

newly(ish) diagnosed T1 6 months ago. Think I'm fairly well controlled, but hba1c on Friday will reveal all!
