I like tuna too. I can’t eat it with bread though because bread makes my blood sugar rise.
I mix it with mayonnaise, spring onions, cucumber and tomato and have it with coleslaw and grated cheese.
Have you been diabetic long? For me it’s 14 years now.

49 is a pretty good result it’s just over pre diabetic, it’s where I usually sit - between 47 & 49. Not everyone can get those magic numbers & shouldn’t feel pressured to try. It can be demoralising & counter productive when we don’t achieve it.Your last one was jan 2025 hba1c hopefully come down a little bit
In January 2025 It was 49 hba1c
