Hi Julie did you look at how many carbs are in the tin? Carbs & sugar in tinned peaches can be very high, especially if they are in sweetened fruit juice. Did you test your blood sugar just before eating & two hours after.The peaches were in the tinned

You may remember I posted further back in your thread that strawberries, raspberries some blueberries & maybe a small green apple would be better than grapes and peaches
I have checked my blood sugar levels it was 7.0
I use almond flour or ground almonds in place of the flour, with sweetener & butter I add a few finely chopped nuts to the crumble mix to give it some texture but that’s not necessarywhat is the name of the brown flour for crumble

I don’t use flour at all but if you’re wanting to use ‘brown” flour as in wholewheat flour I suppose you can get it from any supermarket. But all flours whether they are brown or white are very high in carbs and may not be the best thing for someone with diabetes trying to control their blood sugar with dietWhere can you buy brown flour from
