nice to meet your for the 1st time, I am glad that you are happy being on the Accu Chek Combo pump ,I went on my Accu Check Combo on the 25th November. I am so pleased with not having to do MDI, I have had type 1 diabetes for nearly 50 years now.

Hi all. Well Monday is the day Ii go on to the Accuchek combo pump so stand by as I will be posting progress. Like many other I have been injecting for 50 years and am so looking forward not having to inject 5 times a day. Thanks everyone who has posted their experiences.

Wow - well done all of you - I'm just a junior since 1970 (42yrs) and now also on a Accuchek Combo for last 6 months.

I remember watching Star Trek in the early 70's seeing the communicators and remote medical handset, wishing I could move away from glass syringes and portable urine testing. Dreams sometimes do come true
