Type of diabetes
Treatment type
Tablets (oral)
I have just had my second lot of Conjunctivitus in six months. My GP tells me that this is common for Diabetics?

Have any of you suffered with this infection? :D
 
I haven't heard of the connection with diabetes before... but it's something I've suffered with occasionally for a few years. I've a newly diagnosed type 2, but believe that I've been diabetic for a few years, so it would make sense.
 
Hi Guys thank for replying, Unfortunatly I have to go off sick each time I get it because it's so infectious and I work in the NHS.

if you work for the nhs you will get sick pay? so having time off dosent sound so bad to me :)
 
As you asked here, i have no great idea with your question. i think they have no connection with the two; because Conjunctivitus only due to the allergic reaction. So it has no connection with diabetic
