Hi I'm Sitting In The Garden And My Hayfever Is Playing Up I Hate It

That’s odd so am I in the garden with a cold drink under my umbrella.
I’m having a well earned rest.
Just been swimming which I’m trying to do each day.
 
Hi Julia; hope things improve. My daughter suffers from hay fever and it can make her life a misery at this time of year. Wish you better.
 
Hiya do you take any hayfever remedies?

I have to alternate mine between certrizine and loratadine over say a 2 week to month period as my body gets used to it.

I'm lucky as the only thing that sets off my hayfever is hedge blossom. Then I'm sneezing, runny eyes, runny nose.

I hope today is a better day for you

Yes I take laratine and nose sprays
 
hope your hay fever settles I have to take a tablet all through the year as i did think ti was hay fever but turned out to be allergic rinitus so allergic to tress and grass ....

It's the same thing I only take mine from spring and summer months
