hi just wondering....

hi there, just need a bit of advice, I was told the other day by a friend of a friend that to do the 'low carbo thingy' (her words not mine :roll: ) I need my daily level of carbs to vary between 10-20g ? is this correct i have never low carb'd before but thinking about it, is this too low for a newbie??

That is extremely low but it's all dependent on what you can function on.

I would look at how much you are eating now and gradually reduce it over a period of time to see how it effects your control and how you feel health-wise.
