Depends on the context, I assume you mean 6-8 mmol/l? That's not bad, T2s will aim for 5s and 6s to demonstrate controlled levels close to 'normal', and generally less than 8 or 8.5 at 2 hours after eating.
Last reading around 4.30pm 2 hours after lunch was 7.4, started this morning first thing before breakfast it was 8.0, then two hours after eating was 7.1 x
The NICE guidance is:
Non-diabetic before meals 4 to 5.9. 2hours after eating under 7.8
Type 2 before meals 4 to 7. 2hours after under 8.5
Note this is guidance only. You should set your own targets, the lower the better. Also note that depending on the food you have eaten your peak may be at 1 hour or even later than 2 hours. Your breakfast looks like you may have peaked prior to 2 hours and be on your way down at 2 hours.
Your peak will also depend on what you started at before meal, so the lower that is, the better.
