Hi Jennifer! Welcome to the forum! Thanks for telling us some more about yourself, which type diabetes do you have, 1 or 2? I have not long joined the forum myself and find it a very helpful, supportive and above all, friendly place to be! My name is Sue and I'm 43 years of age, type 2 diabetic diagnosed early May this year. It can be confusing and a lot of info to take in first of all and can be a bit overwhelming but learning lots so far which makes things easier to be able to control my diabetes, glad to have lost nearly 2 stone so far and feel much better health-wise than have in some while, kind of a 'wake up call' for me I guess one could say! :wink:
