pricking my little finger for the blood...lol
From sunny South Africa. Just been diagnosed Type 2. My both parents were Type 2.My Lifestyle and diet was UNHEARD of, now I have started a diet, firstly to change my LIFESTYLE,DIET and Exercise.
Very Stressful work environment, taking it easy and relaxing.
In two weeks of above lost 6kg and Glucose level from 14 to an average of 6.Hope to maintaining.
The initial shock has woken me up from my LIFESTYLE.

You seem to have taken control of this disease very quickly, so well done. For many of us, the diagnosis was the kick up the bum we needed to change our life styles and get healthy again.
